"Hey! I’m Venessa, founder of Splendid Sprouts. My journey started with a personal health diagnosis that pushed me to take a closer look at the food I was putting in my body. That path led me to microgreens, tiny plants with an incredible amount of nutrients and a surprisingly big impact on how I felt. What began as a personal solution quickly grew into something more. I started Splendid Sprouts to share that same sense of healing, simplicity, and nourishment with others.
My mission is to make clean, nutrient rich food more accessible to more people, while also caring for the Earth through sustainable growing and packaging. I want every jar, every scoop, and every sprout to support better health, spark curiosity, and help people reconnect with real food."
