MEET THE OWNER:
Amy is a lifelong resident of Muskegon with a passion for reading, biking, and enjoying the beach. With a background in graphic design and French from Western Michigan University, she spent over 20 years working as a graphic artist before venturing into her own business. Inspired by her love for travel and exploring local breweries, Amy began creating unique designs for apparel, starting with t-shirts using a used heat-press. Encouraged by the positive response at her first craft show, she expanded her product line to include hats, mugs, koozies, and more. After successfully participating in art fairs for a few years, Amy decided to take the next step and applied for a chalet, finding her beach-inspired and Michigan-themed items a perfect fit for downtown, appealing to both tourists and locals alike. Amy and her husband have been married for 25 years and have two college-aged children together.
Amy's favorite thing to sell: "T-shirts! Because I live in them… and when I personally visit a new place, it is always what I want as a souvenir."
